The Story: From Kyoto to the Wild North
I first set foot in Hokkaido in 2019 and was instantly captivated by its raw, untamed beauty. After completing graduate school in Kyoto, I made the decision to move here permanently. By day, I work as a software engineer, developing apps for millions of users. By weekend, I am a dedicated explorer, hiker, and photographer, documenting the island's most remote corners.
